grävling - we agree, the Captain needs to be special in this regard. We haven't decide that should mean 100% Morale all the time. And we don't want to make it a Trait either, as that would always eat one of the Captain's 6 valuable Trait spots.
We just aren't sure what the exact rule should be. Does the Captain ever need to spice? Maybe if Spice Addict Trait.
Maybe 100% Morale is best.
