[1.0.27] Rumor description missing details

So I noticed that there was a surplus rumor while trading on a planet. I sort of guessed which good it was — Clothing was slightly cheaper, $136 instead of $142 — and cleared them out. Just to be sure, I tried to check the Rumor list once back in space.

Noticed that (1) it doesn't list which settlement/planet/quadrant, and (2) it doesn't list which good!
