Just curious. I see this rumor all the time, and for the life of me, I can't tell if prices have gone up/down or if there's more inventory or what.

Contracts will be slightly shifted to Packages.

Resource Inventory will recover faster from depletion.

And a few other misc. effects related to what is in nearby ship holds, next rumor, nearby rumor.
