If you get to the point where you choose to make a bribe, and you do not have enough cash on hand, you are allowed to make the bribe anyway. I don't know if your cash goes negative if you then fail the Negotiate and Charisma test -- my captains tend to be rather good at that sort of thing.

I think they'll take mastercard or visa, but I'm pretty sure they don't accept AmEx. |
