Retain last-used settings for character creation

Is it possible to make the game remember what the last used settings were during the Captain Creation process?
This includes: Map, Faction, Difficulty, Starter Pack, Manually Assign Talents, Name, Face/Body

So have a checkbox at the top if you want to reuse previous, otherwise uncheck the box and start from scratch.

Ah, would you ever want to 'start from scratch'? Wouldn't starting from your previous, even if your intent was to have absolutely nothing the same as last time, be as good as 'from scratch' for you? And it would leave those of us who liked what we had last time just fine, except _This time we want to be Rychart_ (or any other small change) in perfect shape.

Not part of the scope right now, that's what templates are for. Maybe someday we'll be at a point where we can consider a major redesign.
