This seems to happen every time, as I've done about a dozen of these missions already.
Death Warrant mission to kill someone. Find the Mark, then Execute...
After killing the target, there is still a mission option on screen, even though mission icon (!) is no longer there.
Clicking it gives this screen.
Which outputs what I assume to be dummy data since Contact name is missing. Not sure of those Rep changes actually applied.
Three entries on the log in bottom right (Find the Mark, Execute, dummy)
