The status page for the scout cutter says: Max Officers:3, Life Support 18.
I thought that this meant that my max crew size would be 15.
I swapped out my barracks 1 for a barracks 3.
I now have 3 officers and 20 crew on board.
Bug? or does Life Support not mean what I thought it did?

Might be a bug. Seems to be working here.
Life support limits Crew. I don't see any indications in the data yet that anyone has exceeded crew limits in testing.

Savefile might help. Must be a bug. I'll just have to figure out how you did it.
Might get fixed in v1.0.31 or sometime later. Not sure yet.

Okay. What I did was install a barracks 2. This, I thought would give me capacity 1 more than allowed at 19 -- 16 +3 officers. But the game let me get the extra person. Hmm, I thought, maybe this is another case of counting starting at 0, let us see what happens if I swap that out and stick a barracks 3 in. It let me do that as well, and fill the crew right up.

With .29 I wasn't able to get more than the 18 when I just tried it.
