This week, we've made some improvements to the crafting system, focusing on making the tuning rules better and more transparent. Tuning is more likely to turn up a crafting result with stats that match your tuning gear, and we've made sure that the tuning item is displayed on the post-crafting screen so that you can see it and the crafting result you got, as well as being able to take a single screenshot to capture both. There is a very lively discussion about crafting happening on our forum if you want to see some of the results others are getting as well as great Q&A: startradersrpg.proboards.com/thread/15354/arts-crafts?page=1Thanks to all of our supporters and especially for those leaving reviews! v4.3.3 - 3/16/2017 - Improved New Crafting System, better tuning capability - Improved New Crafting System, after crafting tuning item is displayed - Crafting create mighty enchantment from mundane Weapon or Armor with magical power - Each Crafting costs 2 Bloodstones, tuned with magical gear; use your Bloodstones wisely - Thousands of new magical weapon and armor possibilities - Magical weapons can now add +Move Points, +Dodge, +Parry and +Stealth - Boost-In to Episode 2 gains +10 Bloodstones On your PC, Mac and LinuxSteamOn App StoreHeroes of Steel RPGHeroes of Steel RPG EliteOn Google PlayHeroes of Steel RPGHeroes of Steel RPG EliteOn AmazonHeroes of Steel RPGHeroes of Steel RPG Elite

fallen Question! I want to start a new game but I also remember reading something about more bloodstones being added to Act 1. When can we reasonably expect these extra bloodstones? I want more to play with! Domo Arigato!

i guess there's no way to craft high lvl staves or mantles? Because i can't find any mundane staff or mantle. Btw, if Kyera wear a mace with +crit% + %sp drain + damage, will it affect her ranged spells?

so, there's no way to create a crafted weapon for Kyera (as well as Vincent and Kjartan) improving her ranged spells?

so, there's no way to create a crafted weapon for Kyera (as well as Vincent and Kjartan) improving her ranged spells? You would do that by crafting a staff. There are hundreds of crafting results for staves. But, now that I am saying it, I wonder if you can find mundane staves at all in the game after E2?

It would be nice to add some mage shop to some parts or travelling sorcerer or something...

I had wondered about this issue myself. Since crafting requires mundane items and most robes and staves E2 onward have magical properties, crafting seems to be not available. I think after the robe at the end of Ep 1 (20 armor, 2 evasion), I am not positive of ever seeing a mundane robe after that the rest of the game.
The good news is that robes and staves have many great bonuses already, and since you get really good stave drops from quests as well purchasing options from the Storm Brothers magic store, I never found a lack of items to use for magic users.
Maybe the existing magic shops of the gypsies in Braeys territory, magic shop in Brunehorn, and shops at CoD be expanded to include mundane robes and staves for crafting?

phaze - yep, I have taken this as an item. I don't think we'll change the loop drops, but you should be able to buy nice staves. Crafting is all setup to work for mundane staves at those levels, they are just impossible to acquire
