What does does the stats ACC and ATT and how do they affect combat in the game?

Acc is accuracy. It can mean two different things. Weapons have an accuracy rating, and unsurprisingly guns with a higher acc rating hit are easier to hit the target with. So unskilled cyberknights who are looking to use guns should hold off on purchasing ones with an Acc rating of 2 until their firearms skill improves quite a bit -- either through training or through implants. In combat Acc is how accurate the fighter is. Bigger numbers are better. The other text you read with Acc is AP. Those are action points. Here we see a Fennian punk trying to take a shot at Clive Zep. Clive Zep has 4AP (in the red box). That's a tiny amount. Most guns take 3 AP to shoot. Most rifles take 4. I put pink boxes around the choices Clive has. Clive can evade, and spend 1 AP, He will still have 3 left for moving or shooting. Clive can duck for Cover and spend 2 AP. Then he will only have 2 left, and when you get under 3 your turn ends. So if Clive ducks, he won't get to run away or attack the opponent. Or Clive can just defend, which won't cost him any AP, but won't make him harder to hit, either. I took this screenshot in a rifle store. The Scout Carbo Mag has a small magazine and less power than the MT Street Hunter. But it is a whole lot more accurate, and only costs 3 Action Points to use, while the MT Street Hunter costs 4. Baby CyberKnights who want a rifle will be happier with the Scout Carbo Mag. (They'll be even happier with the Strumwhelger M2) It has a speed of 2. That means you can pop off 2 shots at your opponents when you attack, while the other 2 rifles in the other screenshot have a speed of 1, and that means when it is your turn to shoot you only get 1 shot. Bigger Speed is Better. (but much more expensive, naturally)

Thanks for the definition of ACC. What is ATT and why does the value go up and down?

Where are you seeing ATT? I am not sure without context if we are talking about 'attack' or 'attributes', both of which could be abbreviated to ATT someplace in the game, but right now I cannot think of a place where they are ...

ATT may be accuracy for firearms. I tested with a Hunder character, and my hund had AP and ACC listed when in combat, but my character had AP, AM, and ATT listed in combat. AP are action points, AM is ammo in current magazine in gun... so all I could think is that it's the chance to hurt the target.

It's kind of cut off on the bottom, but here's a ss of the ATT stat. It only comes up in conbat, and nowhere else. imgur.com/Zhz3aQ4

amongstshadows I don't know why your image didn't show, so I edited the post with my magic forum powers to just add the link. Clicking on it works. Hope you don't mind. Interestingly, I don't see the ATT at all on my great big 8 inch tablet -- an NVIDIA Sheild K1. But I do see it on my tiny 4.5 inch phone! At any rate, I am not certain, but fairly certain ATT is your attack value. At low levels, this will mostly be influenced by the random number generator. Aiming will improve the number, as well as using a more accurate weapon. Better penetration weapons may do better at this as well, I am not certain about that. Hunders have a special thrash ability that probably influences it too. The biggest thing a knight can do to improve such things in the long term is to improve his firearms rating (via training or an implant). but I don't know what AM: is and fallen can come by and correct me if I have said anything wrong or left something important out.
