No complaints. Explorers like myself sure would like allot more of them. I'm hoping for twice as many, there are allot of planets out there. If Risk high, Richness high. Of course toast a golden bowl, sacrifice a fated calf to TB for low Risk high Rich.

Have you tried going off to farther away ends of the Galactic Branching Tree? I heard there are wasteland-type maps sprinkled around — lots of feral worlds, few occupied ones.

I don't think we are in a position to be able to increase the number of wild zones by anything anywhere near 200%. The system simply won't stay balanced with big changes like that.

Do wild zones "restock" in ST2?
I've gotten the message that there's no more we can find, but never went back to check the same area later.

Foggy memmory, Did I read in one of your posts you're clearing all the fog of war in a quadrant during a search? I was thinking of giving it a try, but am pretty sure hovering on the quad from galaxy map lists the only planets to be found there.

Right now the game has a lot of really primative indie orbital stations all over the place. Seems that the proc generator was confused as to whether it was making a wilderness zone or an orbital station. startradersrpg.proboards.com/thread/15473/33-bad-indy-world-generation Now that it has been taught the error of its ways, some of those bad orbitals will end up being wildnerness-for-real, I think.
