Scroll entire list of Talents: Right now if you aren't rank(5) then you can't see what talents will become available at rank(5). Captains and Officers are the real issue. I would like to see all talents they can get. I could do a better job of planning my teams.  |

Also I would like the 'Req rank X' message to STICK AROUND after you take a talent on its display. (Currently it goes away). This is to help you learn these things by heart.
