All my life I have had a terrible time recognizing people, as in 'have I ever met you before?'. I don't know if an implant to handle face recognition in particular counts as sensory or social, but whatever it is, if they make one, I am buying.

Definitely an implant that forces you to stay awake haha if it FORCED you to stay awake you would die in less than a week. Insead a one that makes you to not NEED sleep.you never needed to sleep and you never get sleepy.

I stay away from implants. I might spring for a dataport 1, depending on my hacking skill. But otherwise I keep my characters human.

In game? I'd like a bit more 'tradeoff' type bits of cyberware (increases mental, but decreases physical skills, for instance) and stuff that would relate better to running a team and/or other ingame managerial bits (an implant that asjusts your pheromones so runners stay D3 days longer, or something).

I got an email offer about penis enlargement last week, but I thought it sounded kinda shady. Does that count?

I like the idea of physical cyberware...ya know better faster stronger n all that.
Don't want cyberware that changes how I think, because I think that's what makes me what I am,but muscles n bones is just a tool to get what I want done.

As the game advances and gets more difficult, Cyberware will be more and more of a necessisty. Right now you can get by without it.
In the next release you'll start to crave speed, wires, boosters. After that a non-stop march of updates and features will drive your characters back to the cybertech, time and time again

Bah, we humans will struggle through. At least we don't need to spend obscene amounts of money to get better at something.
CHOOSE SKILL! NOT CYBER!
