So today's patch partially fixed Vincent's and Tamlin's negative talent points (after new episode 4 additions) but something is still wrong. Both characters show one talent point available (+1 per main Waystation screen), but when I go to talents spending screen, it says none available.
I added up talent points for all for characters (spent and what each should have earned), and those two should each have that missing point.

I have this bug too. Kjartan lvl51 and Selen lvl52 both have a talent point which cannot be used. Attribute and skill points seem unaffected. First camp site in ruins of ember. V4.4.3 of the game. Android 7.1.1 on a Nexus 9.

Thsi is fixed in 4.4.5, which is coming out soon!

I just leveled Vincent to level 25, table says he should have gotten one talent point but he received no talent, skill or attribute points. I counted total talent points, should have been starting 3 (not counting slash) + 17 = 20. I counted 19 talent points spent. Is there any way to fix it? I've got a good nightmare run going.

What version of the game are you running? What platform? This has been fixed. I am not sure that the issue you are reporting has anything to do with the original bug. Have you been through the City of the Dead story that the original bug was related to? |

Have you been through the City of the Dead story that the original bug was related to? Android 6.0.1, Oneplus 3000, HOS 4.4.16. Level up occurred in Brellim Peaks, rested to spent talent points in Vrenhaulm. Tamilin, & Kyera were leveled up at same time, neither were missing talent points. May have something to do with shutdown in mid battle and later restart of game because of phone call. As I recall Vraes had already leveled up and spent points, Vincent leveled up in mid battle, then shutdown game, then restart of game and finished battle where Tamilin and Kyera leveled. |

@oldschoolgamer - the shut down during mid battle wouldn't have any effect. It sounds like the table you are referencing (link?) is probably incorrect.

Yep, looks like you should have 21 Talents at Level 25. If it isn't there for some reason, just restart the game and it should appear. It is reloaded and checked every time you open an Inn.
