Duplicated dialogs in the Underforge

#1 - Red Door dialog
The red door dialog, including Kjartan saying: "Whenever we encounter a red-locked door like this, we need to seek out an event that can open it.", is repeated in 2 different areas of the Underforge:
- Construct Depths
- Underforge Pits
The second occurance, for me, was well after the first, and several red-locked door events later.

#2 - Hulking Mess dialog
Construt Depths - Kyera - What new blasphemy is this? What is that thing - a hulking mess of flesh and metal!
Underforge Pits - Kincaid - What is that thing - a hulking mess of flesh and metal!
?? - Selen - What is that hulking creature?

Selen's occured after the other 2, but I don't remember exactly where...
All 3 dialogs referred to the same spider which spawned another one immediately before combat began.

Also, should it be "hulking mass of flesh and metal", or was it meant to be "hulking mess of flesh and metal"?  both make sense, but the meaning is a bit different
