Monsters spawning outside borders

I'm in the dungeons after Freeport - Great Flats, Salted Swamps etc, and in several instances, monsters are spawning outside the borders of the battle. That is the area where our heroes cannot step into.
I was able to get away with it because of strong ranged attacks, but if melee groups, then that would be a problem.

Version 4.4.5 playing on IOS.

[ img ] URL HERE [ / img ] tags. Just remove all the extra spaces.
