 I'm pretty smashed up, so time to head to a friendly stardock for repairs. Which are a little hard to find in these parts. Bingo. Alta Mesa has an operation over there, and I haven't run any missions against Alta Mesa that I can remember, so they probably like me enough to be willing to work on the ship. More than Thulun is willing to do, at any rate. (looks it up. Yes, no problem getting fixed there.)  NO! NO! This is a Moklumnue planet! And Moklumnue hates me even worse than Thulun does, with cause!  Atlas confirms the bad news. I have a savefile if you want one. |

 I went here.  Lots and lots of planets all claiming to be Alta Mesa, and as expected by now.  they are actually Moklumnue planets. But I went there expecting Wildernesses, from the graphical symbol on the map. Nope. Not Wildernesses. This is Refinery Central, practically every planet here is refinery. |

Confirmed, and already fixed.
On the two map screens, Alta Mesa and Moklumnue flags are flipped.
All other screens are correct.

I don't see any issue with that. Proc gen is proc gen. The Quadrant is a wilderness quadrant. You posted a completely unexplored map. Of course you can't see the wilderness planets that are there  |
