Wiki description for Unseen Traces;
"When landing in a Wild Zone, 10% + Explorer Skill chance of discovering traces of a Contact who has operatives working in the area."
1.) Does this mean a contact from the local faction? Local faction = Quadrant on Galaxy map labeled with a faction's flag?
2.) Or does this mean any contact from any faction?

Thank fallen , he is the one driving the Talents expansion! Huzzah! fallen Way to go! There could be an interesting story quest involving explorers (way down the line, maybe after release). I'm passing out karma like corndogs at a carnival. +1

Follow up Question: Does the Unseen Traces talent test go off automatically when you land in a wild zone?
Or does it increase the possibility you will be dealt a discover contact card when exploring?
