Where may I find descriptions of the player classes listing their abilities, bonuses, penalties, etc.? If detailed descriptions of the classes exist in-game, I have not found them. If they exist on these forums I also have not found them. I am also curious as to what a Hunder is and what it can do as well as how you unlock it.

Oh, I found my mistake. I was confusing the descriptions of the various male and female gender types with class selection. Once I select a gender type I get a screen where I can select game difficulty and character class. When I click on either of these I get screens that give detailed descriptions of all game difficulty settings and classes, respectively. So, selecting one of the gender types is analogous to selecting a race in most games, which is then followed by selecting difficulty and character class.
To unlock the Hunder, select it. A screen will appear allowing you to pay $.99 to unlock the class.

qwestyngbeast - glad you got it working! Some M/F avatars have limitations on weapon uses / classes, but most of them are unlimited.
