12 July Twitch Stream settings better

The video was smoothly jumping up and down in quality (depending on available wireless bandwidth) for the first time with the ST2 broadcasts.  Before it would stagger a LOT, get a spinning disk, then progress for another while.  This time, the quality went up/down, but no unexpected pauses throughout.  It's possible previous braodcasts were just on my end, but in case you tinkered with settings on your end, it was a much better experience on the playback tonight.

The audio had a little 'double feed' (sounded like going through a tunnel or fan), but wasn't obnoxiously so... 

Just a little QA feedback.  :-)

Cory tweaked it. It was a lot better over here in Sweden, too.
