I'm at Pacific Alliance Medical. They sell Chipped Skills II Mars Corp (DV:40 Y:3200) and also Chipped Skills III Yakashima (DV: 60 Y:10000) Note, madfe by different corporations.
They both have the same description -- Adds +1 to stealth, firearms and brawling Skills. But, presumably level 3 is better than level 2 or else it is terribly overpriced.
Do people pay that much for the Yakashima name? And they are listed as Bodywear, while I think they should be Headware.
