Well, I recently installed the Nox Android emulator on my laptop. It's specifically designed for gaming, and you can sign in using your Google details etc to get access to your paid content.
So, I downloaded my various TB games to it, and I have to say, it works brilliantly!
Cyber Knights looks surprisingly crisp and clear at 1920x1080, and it plays really nicely with a mouse. Absolutely loving it! The emulation is flawless too, and no bundleware like Bluestacks et al.
It's a real shame there's no motivating factor to get the older TB games released on Steam.
The emulator supports portrait mode too.
Highly recommended!

It isn't that their isn't any motivation to get the older TB games released on Steam.
They are implemented specifically using Android SDK -- everything about them is Android specific.
We literally cannot port them to any other platform no matter how much we wanted to. It is strictly impossible.
I'm glad the emulator is working for you. While not exactly inside Google's TOS, they'r never going to stop anyone.

In simple terms, nope. For a thousand reasons, it will never happen. But by all means, emulate! Great to hear that Nox is kick ass and how nice CK works (without us having to spend months working on it!)

Yeah, it works brilliantly, and at least it means I can play it on a big screen with smooth mouse control without any caveats. You can even hold the left + middle mouse buttons down to emulate pinch zoom. CK is STILL such an awesome and unique game. Absolutely love it.
