Payment Button for Whity Info

I love this game, and use to play it with my tablet, but the search for Whity has been halted because the payment button for the whereabouts of whity do not show up at Heaven Parma.

Something like this also happens in Sandbox mode when I try to get the V-chip to the taxi driver you show how to get in the YouTube video.

I'm playing the free version on easy with an Android with an LG Phoenix 2.

Help, I have over a hundred thousand credits and my skills and abilities are all at 7 hoping this would get fixed soon.

Seems to work here. Can you send screenshots? Is the device rooted?

Sorry to hear about the bugs your having. Do you have developer options enabled? That could be the cause.

The screenshot your sent seems great, the game is about to offer you the V-Chip.

I don't have it rooted or developer option enabled.

The picture I shared is what I can't get out of. There is no accept or payment button, so I'm just stuck on that screen.

The same thing happens with Heaven's Pharma.

In both cases I have to stop the app from runninng by using my cellphone clear all option, and then I start the app again.

But, the option to ask about Whity is gone when I go back, and the person who give me the job is also gone (I forgot the name of the hotel), and the fixer is no help either. Meanwhile, you can still ask about the taxi, but it doesn't matter because your always going to get stuck at that screen.

Sorry that you are having this bug. I am not sure that there is much we can do about it at this time, as the game is now 6-ish years old.

Just those two that a spotted, but check your reviews on Goggle Play Store because someone spotted a few others. They're the same dialogue box problem.

Ok, thanks -- will check the reviews. Wish we could get more information about exactly what isn't working, but we'll do what we can with what we have!

Try downloading an app called "set orientation" play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.googlecode.eyesfree.setorientation&hl=en and set it to "Automatic" then when you get this issue, try holding your phone in portrait orientation. It might not work, but the dialogue box on your screenshot should be in the middle of the screen (not at the bottom) with the buttons to accept and refuse below it.
It's worth a try, because it's a great game, but you won't be able to get very far if you can't access those buttons.

That would be interesting to know if it worked. Unfortunately, this is clearly caused by Google releasing non-backward compatible updates with Android 7. Not a surprise, it happens every time.

I have the same problem with having no confirmation button to buy the info. It also happens in sandbox mode where I not only cannot buy the v-chips for Cava Saints and Mcfly's taxi number, but I also can't buy the pass for the yakuza tunnel nor get copter rides. This is a fun game but the fact that these problems lock out parts of a game I paid for and there are no fixes in sight irks me since I really want to keep supporting you. Since you finally made updates, please look into this since I can't access the Fennian ladder due to not getting Cava Saint's chip.

It is on our bug list, so perhaps we will be able to fix it in the future. However, I want to be frank and honest that this game is 6 years old and more likely than not, this bug will not be fixed. Our apologies for that, but as a small studio of 2 brothers, we have to focus. There are bugs in our 6 year old games, but we can't fix them all.

We can offer a refund if you would like one.

Thank you so much, it actually worked! I was able to see the option and buy McFly's V-chip. I'll have to get used to turning my phone back and forth but until the devs can fix this issue, this is a workable solution for those with Android 7 version phones.
