E4 bugs

I have 2 main bugs to report:
1. I'm at E4 now but in my quest log, there is still an invalid quest from E2, which asks me to stay at Brunehorn's inn to discuss if we want ro go to cod under Koda's banner. I think the easiest way to reproduce this is to go to Braeys family and do their quests until Snow Canyon is unlocked, then go to Koda and do their quests until they ask us to go to cod under their banner. I remember I also have this bug since 1.x version, any workaround I can remove this one?
2. I've just claim up Braeys camp from CoD and go to Gholla, I talked to Hagrathun there and suddenly the scripts say Nikolai was dead. I don't even know his fate... I completed Gholla quest very early in E2, even before complete Braeys and Koda quests, and I spared Hagrathun. I killed the game right after it smelled like bug, so this decision was not taken. Please advise in which order I should do the quests to avoid this bug.

tears - can you share the exact quest log that you're having from E2? The exact text would help us resolve the issue, as there are multiple quest logs about this event.

On #2. can you describe exactly what you mean by "Just claim up Braeys camp"?

What version of the game are you on?

#1. The log is: we should regroup at the Brunehorn inn and discuss our options in regards to Knight Marko Devaan's offer to go to the city of the dead under Koda banner. This should be resolved when I chose Braeys instead.

#2. I mean I just finished the battle with 3 seer lords for the first time, and go to Braeys war camp from undercity foundation. (I don't know climb up or climb down is the correct word)

Can you describe what the script said? It is possible that this is not a bug, there is a ton of story content running during these interactions.

It repeated some scripts in chapter 2, the exact same script like the first time I met Hagrathun when I defended Gholla. However, the later part is different, it mentioned about Nikolai present in the battle and later explicitly say Hagrathun and his lineage live on. I'm at freeport now, will check the exact script and update later.
