I'm changing device.. i did the cloud backup but it'was not restored in the new device.

Google's backup solutions definitely have some very serious issues. We've trying to find solutions for this, and we've posted some detailed guides on how we do it for our own devices. www.tresebrothers.com/transfer-saved-games-between-devices/Unfortunately, at this point, if your devices are not supported by Google for the cloud backup service (ie, it doesn't work for you right now) then it won't ever work I'm afraid. Google is in the process of reducing support for backup, not adding it. If you are not rooted, and you are stuck with Android, then the guide I posted is a really good start. If you're on iOS there are lots of options. |
