- Zone resources (Recruits, Spice Rounds, Doctor Beds) now limited and can be exhausted on a planet, but recover over time
- Implemented 10 awesome new Traits, granting +20% chance to get permanent +1 Skill Bonus for every level (Spatial, Mechsync, Confident, Mediator, Calculating, Problem Solver, Intrepid, Neverlost, Discreet, Menacing)
- Implemented Traits: Malcontent, Reveres Authority, Hardened Presence, Drunk and Spice Addict
- Implemented 4 Mutiny Talents (Doctor, Commander, Military Officer, Pirate)
- Failing Pilot save when landing on a world may result in an encounter with a military officer in the local navy
- Quadrant, System and Zone Rumors all have more effects, better balanced, more awesome
- Rumors list from HUD now includes all benefits and penalties for Quadrant & System Rumors -- Zone coming soon
- Rank within Faction now adds +2% payment bonus for Missions
- Some missions (prisoner transports, bounty hunters) require carrying Edicts, big price increases for these
- Rebuild mission selection system for all contacts, check out WIKI to see "Mission Types" goo.gl/AQKvdb
- Added 2 new mission types - Prisoner Transports
- Improved Black Market service from Contacts, now features minimum Access level as you climb the ladder
- Renamed Black Market access cards to match names of Permits -- Spice Trading House, Free Trading House
- Crew combat animation upgrade - new firing animations for each type of gun
- Improved crew combat display of enemy stats on hover or on tap - deselect your talent, tap an enemy
- Implemented Exo-Scout Talent "Know Thy Enemy" which is a xeno-only debuff
- Sniper Rifles cannot be used for AoE attacks, weapon picker recognizes front-line Soldiers and gives them Snubbers
- All Talents now labeled with category of action (Victory, Spice, Skill Save)
- Rebuilt Combat Talent range display as well as adding AoE bars that indicate when more than one target will be hit
- Added / improved 3 Contact Traits - Vindictive, Provacative, Impatient
- Recommended service in landing zone (like Recruit, Doctor, Spice) is now identified by * in submenu
- Improved level 1 for all crew and officers - now includes first Talent
- Finished 65+ new Talent icons for crew combat specifically
- Rebalanced Ship Priority D/E, Updated Juror and Scout Hulls
- Reworked Game Over detection, improve game over screen
