[1.3.23] iOS Contact issuing missions that are overdue

Have a contact that issued missions that were overdue BEFORE I accepted the mission.  Wasn't all missions, but of the 4 I was offered, 2 of them were overdue already.  She does have an IMPATIENT trait, but jeez!  Pics below:

Thanks for catching that, the Impatient multiplier was applied at the wrong place in the math.

Fixed for next!

Found another (potentially) math-related bug. Same game, different contact, offering missions that are overdue at the time of issue. Pics below:
