hi i am currently stuck in E4 necromantic santuary, in the western district of ruins of Ember. i went in and clear everything and can't use the stair to go back up. when i click on the stair in grouped mode, the group will spread out as if in combat mode and then nothing happens. i spread out the group and click still nothing happens.
BTW i am still on version 4.4.11 and still don't see update available for me , i downloaded the game on App store australia.
Thanks for the epic game and i really hope the stair problem can be solved soon so i can finish the story please.
PS. do tamilin and Kjartan get their legendary items? from where?

foreverchar - the next update to the App Store will fix this issue! Sorry for that! Selen, Tamilin and Kjartan are the only characters not to get legendaries yet.

i am currently in itunes australia region, if i change the region to US, would i need to redownload/repurchase HOS? and would my game progress be lost? thanks!

I am not sure the answer to that question. You might have to contact Apple support, because that is very specific question. I can't imagine that it is a different purchase. If you have to uninstall the app, you will lose all purchases. However, plug your device into iTunes and you can get your saved games out! Back them up on your computer. |

hi andrew, i only worry about losing the saves, i don't mind repurchase the game if i need to, this is such an epic game =)
any instruction how to get the saves out? where is the save files stored in iphone?

foreverchar - you can extract them by connecting to the device via iTunes, and then looking at the app in the iTunes browser. From there, you should be able to backup/extract the games. Here is Apple's guide on the subject: support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301
