I was so frustrated I erased the captain and started a new game. I'm currently a Spy for House Thulun. I pretty much just started this captain. Stats are as follows. Charisma: 9 Wisdom: 9 Quickness: 9 Strength: 9 Explorer: 1 Pilot: 7 Negotiate: 1 Tactics: 8 Stealth: 9 Warrior: 1 Intimidate: 2 My ship is just the starting Eques Tenebris Hull: 14/14 Armor: 7/7 Engines: 15/15 Solar Sails: 15/15 Crew: 38/38 Cargo Hold: 44/44 Guns: 16/16 Torpedoes: 6/6 Speed: Medium Agility: Medium |

I don't usually level Stealth at all and can spy fine. |

I think he just needs to level up a bit more. I don't really remember being able to spy very well right out of the box.

Also, Rumor Conflicts Zone etc so many variables. We don't even know where/when/diff of this ... totally impossible to say. Also he's clearly tilted  |

Explorer: 1 Pilot: 7 Negotiate: 1 Tactics: 8 Stealth: 9 Warrior: 1 Intimidate: 2 You need more stealth Surveillance depends more on Electronics, I believe. There are also ship components one can buy to become better at surveillance. |
