1.) If target is Pinned, or stunned, will this still work? 2.) Who gets the buff, target or caster? 3.) Sorry can't remember, Target always gets pushed 1 slot forward? Thanks  |

1. Yes
2. Target.
3. Target is always pushed forward. If you want to move him back, push the one behind him.

I would like to make a rule that any Talent that moves a DIFFERENT player will work through Pinned, but any Talent that moves SELF would be blocked by Pinned.
Stunned has no effect on movement.

Rule now implemented --
If Talent moves SELF, it is blocked by Pinned.
If Talent moves Target, not blocked by Pinned.
