We've turned around a quick release to drop a new famous officer storyline.

All new games have a Cadar Military Commander named Russ Axeil. He is looking for competent Captains. Want in?

As we ramp up toward our EA release date, we're focusing on dropping more story quickly. We appreciate everyone's time in testing and helping us improve!

Got it. Will test later today.

I did create a new captain and tried to launch him into the default map just to look around but it kept crashing on me on launch. A non default map worked though. Android 8.0.0 Nexus 5x

I installed the update and the default map crashed on launch.  However, full uninstall / reinstall of the game and the map works just fine

I should have just said new games were mandatory, my bad.
