Go to Tuckmore's Saloon. Get 2 package delivery missions. (1 will probably work, I am just reporting what I did.) Pick up the packages. Go to the Pawn Shop. Sell them.
Tuck's Saloon is still bold. Go there. He happily pays you experience (but no money, I was wrong, so this note is mistitled) for the packages that aren't being delivered. And since he still hasn't received them, he will happily give you experience every time you enter the shop, forever. ;D
My procedure for training a baby hacker just got a whole lot easier -- until Cory squashes this one flat.
More notes. If you do this with 1 mission -- I took one from the Phoenix bar to pick up a package in Fennian territory -- then, yes, if you sell it it has the infinite bug. But when you sleep that package goes away. The ones at Tuckmore's do not. They are still there. This may be related to the fact that I picked up a third package and tried to deliver it to TS -- I have no way of knowing which one he accepted.
So now this game is sort of hosed. While the infinite experience possibiltiy looks good, the cost is, for me, 2 slots of job opportunities which won't free up. Making money has just got fantastically harder in this game.
I'm going to make myself a God in abilities just to see what this feels like to play, and then start a new one.

I guess, yeah, be careful anyone who follows this thread.
I just tried it a few times and it corrupted my saved game.
You can definitely get the game to make un-removable jobs this way.

I went and slept to load up my 200 experience. The jobs at TS expired and I can take on new jobs now. But I won't, since if I get any more crashes on this game we'd never know if this problem is the one that is responsible. Or the game may not like people with 15 agility ....

Nope, I won't try to fixes any bugs in that game.
I can see in the DB viewer that it has side effects that are negative, permanent and could cause job table locking.
It's definitely a bug, and a nasty one at that. I'm more worried about supporting saved games than I am people getting bored with too much XP.
Thanks for posting

That's what beta testers are for. Now, sigh, I will start a new character. And probably get killled a lot in the first few hours as I forget that I am not up to confronting everything that looks at me sideways ....

You couldn't go back and cancel the contracts?
