Is it possible that the your runners gain experience based on whether or not *you* gain experience -- i.e. do not need to make their own separate DV checks? Because I have twin runners now, and after quite some time, they are still exactly in sync with each other experience-wise -- one is 3 points up, due to being present without his friend for a half day when 3 interesting things happened.
