I think the contact whose name shows up as Shingiin on your contacts list after you load his V-chip has a V-chip labelled with somebody else's name. Wish I could check, but it is 3 times now that I have received this and each time I find him on my list, I don't remember getting his chip.

That's plenty for the inquisition to find this mysterious criminal and torture him until he reveals his true intentions.

Again I have him in my phone list when his chip camed labelled something else. Some Doctor, I think. 6.17

Happened again. This time the chip I got was labelled 'Vice President' I think, but am not 100%
