Ok, need 9 Darkmoss. But after dispatching the Weaver, I only have 7. I have been to the secret hideout with the 3 chest across the river.
Can you get all 9 Darkmoss from the 2 levels at the Darkmoss swamp area? Or do I have to go elsewhere?

Make sure you check by the druid, there was a blossom in there as well

Head for the Darkmoss Underswamp from Brunehorn Docks; you can get all 9 blossoms from there. Watch out for the Krete though, they grow them nasty down in the Underswamp

Make sure you check by the druid, there was a blossom in there as well I have taken those 2 from the druid shrine. 3 from the boxes across the river and 2 from boxes somewhere in the area. Hence 7. It looks like I have open all the boxes. Top map is the one with the druid shrine and then 2 holes to go down the next and last level where the weaver is. So there are 4 boxes other than the 3 across the river with the darkmoss right? |

There is another zone called the Darkmoss underswamp that you need to go to. Go to the Brunehorn docks or the Docks at Riven Field outpost if you can access it and select that zone. There are 9 blossoms in that zone alone.

If you guys weren't aware of the Weaver being at the Darkmoss swamps, sorry for the spoiler.
I am at the Swamps, where you are suppose to kill the Weaver. But it looks like I uncovered everything but am still short of two.
The first map is the one on leaving the boat, then 2nd map with the 2 holes to the 3rd map. I just did another complete sweep of all levels of that area. All boxes that have been open are empty, shrine is empty.
Now besides this area, are the other areas with Darkmoss?
If I can't do the Darkmoss quest to open those gates to see that Temple, will I still be able to complete the game?
