HedLozz removes 1hp and gives you 3 mp. Unless you only have 1hp. Then it just gives you 3mp. I have 30mp now -- and I just went to the doctor's and got my hp reset to 9. While I think this is a neat trick, I believe I should have died from a drug overdose a while back ...

grävling - we are mean... but not that mean. Consider your CK tough enough to survive the drug overdose. 1 HP is pretty dangerous way to role anyway... so if you are getting down to 1 HP to use this exploit, I think your payback will arrive in the form of some street thug bringing you down. Killing your character (especially if you consider the Brutal difficulty, in which one death ends the game) because of a drug overdose is off limits.

grävling - let me know if you really think this is an exploit worth killing a character over. do you find it easy or safe to get to 1 HP in order to use this exploit?

I wouldn't kill the character. I'd make them pass out on the street. The first few times, nothing happens. Then there is some random chance that some gang will find you passed out -- and loot you. Of course this will have to wait on it being possible for you to be looted in the first place....
It depends on what you want characters to do. Right now my standard 'how to heal me' id to eat hedlozz until I get my mp where I want it, and then use a doctotr's kit. Follow that up with a few more points in a clinic if I care. If you want people to do this all the time, then fine but if you don't then there is nothing right now that discourages them.

grävling - sounds like a solution is to prevent HedLozz from raising MP if you don't have an HP to lose. We have to be very careful about adding low value features (pass out on the street, get looted) vs. high value features (encounter overhaul). CK-257

It depends on the behaviour you want. Do you want people to take 15 stims and walk around with MP +30? If so, then HedLozz is fine the way it is. If not, then the fix seems to be more along the lines of 'don't let any drug raise your MP beyond XXX' where XXX is whatever you decide the limit is.

I have added a note to the ticket to insure that HP / MP never go above 10, which is how it should work already.
