When patrolling over a Javat planet, I was able to reduce negative rep from -24 to -10, but (while in orbit), the landing zones are still showing that services are not available. Even after landing and returning to orbit, the services aren't refreshed.
Not a big deal, but if it's possible to fix sometime, might prevent others from bug pointing.
