pistoleer doesn't have talents in crew battle

It just says that my spy was attack by enemy crew member name with used weapon type, shows the rolls, and states that it was a miss.
hmm I think I found me a bug!
This is my captain, he started in position 4, but seeing as he has a pistol and no crew combat talents he was not able to do anything there, so last round I had him switch with my Doc.
Now it is his turn again and all I can do is move, no shooting or even refocusing.

Huh, and next boarding attempt (in the same ship combat) he is fine and able to fire and refocus after switching from pos 4 to 3
