Debilitating Blast -- Ship attack patterns overwhelm enemy responses. If any attacks land, enemy ship has -6 initiative, -25% Damage, -15% Chance to Hit Craft, and takes 15 Morale Damage per turn for 3 turns. 6 week cooldown Usable from ranges 5, 4, 3, and 2
Comparable to Pilot Rank 8 talent "Devastating Shot" but lasts 1 turn fewer and has double the cooldown while lacking a range change penalty. It also isn't available 'till rank 15. In return it has the unique ability to harm enemy initiative, give some safety to your own craft and deal moderate morale damage.
Note that the morale damage is higher than other Gunner talents but still quite a bit less than what the Commander can do.

Smug Defiance -- When looted by Pirates but with no cargo or only biomass stolen, lose no morale and instead gain Command * 4 morale across your crew.
6 Week Cooldown Note: this would have a small chance for positive trait mutation instead of negative.

Demand Water
When traveling between the stars and a mutiny is looming, come across a merchant. I have the option to demand tribute.
It's not tribute I need , it's water. If they're willing to pay money to avoid a fight, how about water instead?
For that matter, I'd even be willing to consider PAYING for the water-fuel, at an understandably increased rate versus what it would cost at a starport.
In Star Traders 4x it is implied that the fleets of the factions are resupplied in space by star traders. Why couldn't we arrange such a trade, or demand it at gunpoint?
