I recently accepted a contract to deliver 64 records to agents operating on a planet's surface. It says that they will be posing as rogue traders.
I bought the records, plotted course to destination of the contract, confirmed I arrived at correct planet (0 distance according to contract). I believe I have tried everything on both the wild and urban areas of planet. I also tried patrolling. It never prompts me to complete the mission.
What do I need to do to complete this contract?

I don't play often, so don't take this as gospel. I think the one time I managed to do a deliver mission, I had the same problem and eventually gave up, sold the goods in the Exchange and got a Mission Completed message. So it might be worth trying selling them.

Huh? The mission text tells you to either Sell or Stash them. <3 Corey, the mission does not say to sell or stash them. It just says to deliver them. I can send you a screenshot if you email me at dwayneperkins73@gmail.com. |

It's just interpreting the wording.
deliver XX to agents operating on a planet's surface --> stash it
deliver XX to agents operating at the Exchange --> sell it
