Too much MP restored by BoS when wearing +MP gear

Vraes, using BoS level 1 and a crafted +MP armour
Start unbuffed:

1: move forward one square to use up the MP from the armour
2: cast BoS level 1 (+1 MP)
3: Vraes now has 2MP

I've noticed this a few times, hope you can reproduce.
