At the end of Vermin Warren near the last rest circle, to the right, there is a bloodstone that can not be gotten.

Same bloodstone althou my Vraes has a sword instead of a spear.
(I did not find the old thread when I was looking)
In my version,4.5.9, you can ran over it, but can not interact with it.
