I'm not sure if this is a bug exactly but I purchased the characters a while back on a different phone. Downloaded it on this phone and synced to my Google but nothing is purchased. What's up with that?

What's up with that? It's Google Play being lazy. Try the Restore button in the top right. Try Android Settings > Apps > Google Play > Clear Cache then try Restore again. If that doesn't work, then start purchasing one of the characters. Google Play will wake from its restful slumber as if kissed by a prince and restore all of thine purchases without charge.  |
