If you are trying to translate ST RPG to STF, just keep in mind that

Stealth => Navigation

We kept the Templar Battleforce definition of Stealth as a personnel capabiltity.

We synthesized like 4 games worth of content into a single container and some things had to be renamed to avoid "Personal Stealth" as a skill.
