I am working on locating and replacing most/all of the game's "Toasts" (the pop up notifications) with the dialogs.
Know of any toasts that really should be conversations? Post and I will fix.

While you are working on dialogs, can you write a nicer one for successful threaten missions? Something along the lines of:
*We're sorry. Tell the man that it won't happen again." would be an improvement.
Having failed ones say "Get out. Nobody tell us what we can or cannot do." would also make the intent clear. There seems to be a toast you get when the negotiate fails, but it always goes by too fast for me to read it.

Also-- the first few times I got that message, I thought it was a _threat_ not a friendly expression of gratitude. Perhaps 'This reward' would make it clearer?

Not having enough cash to buy McFly's V-chip.

I suspect not having enough cash to get the pass to the inexpensive ammo at FF&R from Paddy Coogan and the inexpensive medkits from Dr All Come have the same toast vs dialog problem. But I have never had not enough cash ....
