UI, statistics, documentation: complete overhaul required!!!

I'm so sorry that I must say this: despite the general high quality of games made by TB - ST4xE is a complere failure regarding the UI, in-game statistics and documentation (i. e. Library). Why?

I can't take the time to go into the details and right now, I feel so frustraded with the game that I probably will simply skip it until a complete rework of these subjects has been done (if ever will be done?).

The UI is awful. Functions and Info/statistics are often not where they would be most required/helpful. You need to constantly switch between screens/displays to get the info you need and give commands. Then, in most cases it's there is no way to find out or even guess how e. g. the amount of constr./trade/... points for a colony or the empire is calculated and why the vslues are diffetent for colonies even though they show exact same properties.

No way to make multiple saves of a game! No undo function! Make a mistake and maybe all your efforts put in are ruined?

The Tutorial does not allow to go back to previous messages and there is no chapter/parts structure to revisit certain subjects.

So sorry, sorry, sorry! But this game spoils itself and at the moment is unplayable for me. Damn!

This game is very rough around the edges. I'm relatively new to it but I've figured a lot out. If you have questions about the game, you can either ask some here (in this thread) here (in these forums) or on discord in the ST:4x channel and I or someone even better suited to help you, will do so.

Of course, if you can still get a refund, that might be a good avenue too.
