Hey folks!
So my phone has been slowly descending into a mess of craziness over the last year or so. I was able to get Helium to work once, a long time ago, but it has refused to connect no matter what I have done in a very long time. Now, I'm on the phone with Verizon and they are telling me my phone is so screwed up I have to do a full factory reset.
PLEASE tell me there is some backdoor way to backup my HoS data besides Helium since Helium is not working for me and hasn't since early in Act 3 with my FIRST party of 3.

varentai the only other known option is to root your phone. I believe Helium has a paid option to use a service like DropBox which doesn't rely on getting a connection with your PC established. Here someone else wrote another tutorial about connecting Helium with PC: teknologya.com/helium-backup-on-android-devices/Also, we are willing to provide troubleshooting on the Helium process if you can tell us where you are stuck and provide screenshots perhaps.

The Premium option for Helium worked perfectly. I uploaded to Drive and bypassed not connecting properly to the PC. Thank you, I can now reset my phone without losing everything. And I'll add my voice to the chorus: I'm excited for the endgame update! w00t!
