I don't know for sure whether this is a bug or not, but I have tried to craft the Banded Sheathe (Stealth) armor 3 times with different tuning items (a +parry/dodge only item, a +crit only item, and something else which I don't remember) and I have always generated the same result:

Banded Sheathe (Stealth)
48 armor
+7 evasion, + 5 stealth
+1 Move Point, +100 Max HP, +4% SP drain

Is there possibly a bug with this crafting such that there is only one option?
