No Political Officer despite rumor

Hi there,

Long time on and off player here. I started running a new character earlier today and came across the rumor for the Political Officer. I promptly set a way point for the relevant planet and went to pick the office up. Upon arrival, however, there was no option to pick the officer up from any of the locations, including the Palace (where the officer should be located), the Star Dock, Spice Hall, and Exchange. It's not that the option is present but greyed, but rather than there is no option to pick the officer up at all. I have checked back in the rumors and the rumor is still there and pointing me to the planet that I am already on. What gives? Any chance you could look into this bug?

I have the elite version and am running it on IOS.

Thanks for the response No, no other officers at all- this is right at the start of the game. I just checked into a location with rumored scouts and no luck there either. Again, no menu option at all in the wilds of the relevant planet. Very odd.

Sorry for the issue. Perhaps posting a screenshot might help. At this time, we are no longer able to update iOS Star Traders RPG due to changes by Apple, so if there is a bug there we cannot resolve it. Apologies for bugs in a 5 year old game.
