Heyyyyy yeah soo I kinda got 150000 in the hole and was wondering if I can get out of it?

I went to war with some xeno's barely damaged 2 colonies as far as I can tell and was -2k profit until a trade alliance and alliance. Now almost -600

This could be tricky to recover from. You need to see where all your money is going and start making cut backs.

Get rid off unneeded ships and structures.

Cancel construction and treaties to get back some funds.

Worse case is the game is a loss and there's nothing you can do but start over.

Yeah, economic loss can be one of the loss conditions. A big fleet you can't afford is a big reason.

Another huge cost is CP dedicated to construction projects. If they are not pointed at construction projects, CP make money. Consider cancelling lots of construction until you can dig yourself out of the hole for a bit.

Ahh the issue is definitely my fleet then! I was pumping out so many ships because I did not want to be left with an army too week but now I've got probably 20 ships and only need 6 or 8
