Playing Episode one for the first time. Got to Oskahold. There are 4 clickable/interactable buildings, and none of them is the barracks. All the roads are blocked until I talked to the Reeve, but I have no idea where he is. Sorry for asking what must be a stupid question, but where is the barracks/where is the Reeve/how do I get out of Oskahold?

It is the building near the west exit.
You enter on the west side of the building.

Thank you. For some reason I was click on the windows, not the doors. Ah well! Like I said, foolish. Appreciate the help!
